What Lolo Fits collects
We collect the account details you use to sign in, the profile details you choose to add, and the wardrobe, inspiration, outfit, planner, shopping-gap, follow, and community information you save in the service. Images can contain information beyond the clothing you intended to upload, so please review them before saving or sharing.
How your information is used
We use your information to operate Lolo Fits: storing your closet, analyzing garments and inspiration, removing image backgrounds, matching outfits, building your planner, and showing community features you choose to use. We also use limited technical information to keep the service reliable, secure, and understandable.
AI and service providers
Lolo Fits uses service providers for authentication, database and image storage, image analysis, and background removal. Uploaded images and related instructions may be sent to those providers only as needed to provide the feature you requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Private closets and community sharing
Your closet is private. New accounts also keep newly saved inspiration private by default. If you turn on “Share with community” for a look—or enable sharing by default—its image, outfit notes, and your public profile details may be visible to other signed-in members. You can turn sharing off again from the saved inspiration editor.
Retention and your choices
You can edit or delete individual items inside Lolo Fits. You can also delete your account from Account & privacy; this removes the account and associated Lolo Fits content, subject to short-lived backups and records we must retain for security or legal reasons.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. Lolo Fits is not intended for children under 13.
