Using Lolo Fits
You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in method secure and use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account, scrape the community, or upload harmful or unlawful material.
Your content
You keep ownership of the images, text, and other content you upload. You give Lolo Fits permission to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. When you share inspiration with the community, you also permit us to display it to other members until you unshare or delete it. Only upload content you have the right to use.
AI suggestions
Garment analysis, cutouts, matches, shopping gaps, and styling suggestions are generated with automated systems and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as creative guidance, review results before relying on them, and use Retry cutout or editing tools when needed.
Third-party services
Sign-in, resale searches, and linked shops may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Lolo Fits does not control listings, prices, quality, availability, or transactions on those services.
Availability and accounts
The service may change, pause, or stop, especially while it is in beta. We may restrict abusive use or suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Lolo Fits or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Lolo Fits is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or particular styling, cutout, matching, or resale results. To the extent permitted by law, Lolo Fits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the service or by email when appropriate. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
